Chapter 6 - 2013

Last stop

Got myself a day trip to Malacca before switch on my study mode. Spend my Saturday together with the lovely couple for a food trip around Malacca.

A trip that non stop eating from Pj all the way to Malacca. Together with joy and laughs, non-stop chit-chatting and laughing while travelling to Malacca.

First stop, we went to have the famous coconut milkshake which sell by roadside. Moving forward we went to the most famous street in Malacca that also known as Jonker street for some local delight.

Some tradition Baba & Nyonya building that actually a restaurant selling one of the most famous local delight of Malacca - Chicken rice ball. After this we also went for a short walk on the street to look out the famous vintage building around. Beside this short walk we had also tried the durian puff which also known as one of the famous food around.

Food trip had never stop, after that we went to a small store for one of the most most most famous Nyonya Laksa and durian cendol!

Third stop, we had also went to some housing area for the local nyonya cakes, but there's really full of cakes lovers from every where therefore no picture taken. :/ However we never get ourself stop eating too. After this we had moved into a mall for the layer cake.

These are the so call famous food in Malacca too, although it had an outlet in Pj but still people are more prefer to have this in Malacca.Moving forward we had go to our second last destination which also consider as our appetizer before dinner which is the food i craving the most from Malacca. Although is not the same restaurant toward my first went to Malacca but still, the taste remind me my first time to Malacca. Therefore I loves it too. And there come to our final destination for our food trip which also an officially dinner toward ourself which is ikan bakar.

Compared to my hometown one, I actually more prefer that, maybe this ikan bakar is too dry, but still its very fresh and fats. Alright reader, my Malacca day trip is over. thanks for reading! :)
