nightmare and insomnia again!!

HELL!!
I still need to suffer on this for how long? Day and nite were nonstop worry and thinking about this!! Even got a nightmare about this and afterward insomnia for the whole nite, and the sista that used to know me well not around also!
Hiding inside the blanket crying, insomnia for weeks, nightmare and eye-bag! I wonder when's my turn to get out from this!!
